N.B. Accommodation for invited speakers has to be arranged by the organisers, as neither Madeleine nor I have access to college guest rooms in term time, unfortunately.

The organiser can request that the invoice for accommodation be sent directly to the department, or the speaker can pay their own way and then claim the expenses back from DTAL.
